Phenom engineering team has resolved the issues with the 2-Way HSI Impact in US data centers and it is working as expected. We previously flagged that this was impacting IR data centers, but our investigation found that the impact was limited to only US data centers. Please log a support ticket in case you still see any issues.

Investigating -
Phenom has identified an issue leading to the error "Failed to Update Job Status" when a user tries to change the Hiring Status using 2-Way HSI impacting some clients. The Phenom Engineering Team is working on correcting this and confirming the scope of impact as a high priority and we will continue to share updates as soon as possible.
